2. Make the hardware connection to your existing DSL modem
3. Install router software
We have tested 3 brands of “G” router: D-Link, AirLink and Netgear routers, and found that Netgear router is the most reliable and easy to use.
The routers are class “G” routers. “G” refers to wireless standard 802.11g with speed of 54Mb/s (mega bits per second). One mega bits = 1,000,000 bits.
